Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Disclosure of changes in the Senior Management of the Company dated 10th October 2025
The Company has submitted to BSE and NSE, in accordance with Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, following senior management changes due to internal re-organisation. These changes will be effective from 1st January 2026, subject to necessary approvals:
- Mr. Vineet Singh, currently BEO - Nutrition, will lead the combined portfolio as BEO - Nutrition and Dairy. Consequently, Mr. Manav Sahni, BEO - Dairy, will move to a new role within Nestlé.
- Mr. Gopichandar Jagatheesan, currently BEO - Confectionery, will lead the combined portfolio as BEO - Confectionery and Cereals. Mr. Varun Sethuraman, currently BEO - Cereals will move as Head - Marketing Communications. Consequently, Mr. Chandan Mukherji will be stepping out as Head - Strategy and Marketing Communications.
- Mr. Varun Gupta, currently Head - Supply Chain, will also lead Exports & Imports Business. Consequently,
Mr. Vasudevan Krishnan will be stepping out as Head - Exports & Imports Business. - Mr. Himmat Singh, currently Head - Corporate Affairs, will lead the combined portfolio of Corporate Affairs, Sustainability & Societal Initiatives. Consequently, Ms. Taruna Saxena will be stepping out as Head - Sustainability and Societal Initiatives.
- Ms. Dhwani Rao, currently Associate General Counsel - Food, IP, HR, Digital Laws will assume as General Counsel and Head - Legal & Compliance. Consequently, Mr. T S Venkateswaran will be stepping out as the General Counsel and Head - Legal & Compliance.
Details in accordance with the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is given in Annexure - I to this letter.
