Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Disclosure of change in Senior Management of the Company dated 10th November 2025
In accordance with Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, the Company has informed BSE and NSE that Mr. Anurag Patnaik, Head - Human Resources (Senior Management Personnel), has decided to embark on a new chapter in his career, and will leave Nestlé India, effective 31st December 2025.
Details in accordance with the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is given in Annexure - I to this letter.
