The Company has informed BSE and NSE that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby submit that the Company is in receipt of an Order passed by the Commissioner (Appeals) Goa, Office of the Commissioner (Appeals), CGST & Customs, Goa.
