In accordance with Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, the Company has informed BSE and NSE that Ms. Krishna Guha Roy, Head - IS/ IT & Nestlé Business Excellence (Senior Management Personnel) will be taking on a significant leadership role within Nestlé group, and Mr. Prateek Tripathi, currently Data Governance Lead for the Zone AOA of Nestlé group, has been nominated to succeed Ms. Krishna Guha Roy, as Head - IS/ IT & Nestlé Business Excellence (Senior Management Personnel) effective from 1st April 2026, subject to approvals.
