Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, the Company has informed BSE and NSE that the Company is in receipt of an Order passed by Office of the Commissioner of GST and Central Excise, Chennai – Outer Commissionerate, Newry Tower, No. 2054 – I : II Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai – 600 040, India for tax period 2018-23. Details of the above mentioned Order are given in attached letter.
