Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Disclosure of changes in the Senior Management of the Company
The Company has informed BSE and NSE the following changes in the Senior Management of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations:
1. Mr. Sanjay Khajuria, currently Head of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability (Senior Management Personnel), will be embarking on a well-deserved retirement from Nestlé India after an illustrious career spanning 32+ years, at the close of business hours on 28th February 2025;
2. Mr. Himmat Singh, currently AVP - Corporate Affairs, will assume the role of Head – Corporate Affairs (Senior Management Personnel) w.e.f. 1st March 2025; and
3. Ms. Taruna Saxena, currently Head – Sustainability will assume the role of Head – Sustainability & Societal Initiatives (Senior Management Personnel) w.e.f. 1st March 2025.
Details in accordance with the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated 11th November 2024 is given in Annexure-I to this letter.
