Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Intimation dated 1st April 2026 regarding the addition of a new Maggi Noodles production line at the Sanand Factory
Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026, the Company has informed BSE and NSE regarding the addition of a new Maggi Noodles production line at the Sanand Factory, Gujarat.
