Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Disclosure of nominations/changes in the Senior Management of the Company
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, following Senior Management nominations/changes pursuant to an internal re-organisation, with effect from 1st January 2027, subject to necessary approvals:
1. Mr. Vineet Singh, currently BEO – Nutrition and Dairy (Senior Management Personnel), will take up a new role with a Nestlé affiliate. Mr. Gopichandar Jagatheesan, currently BEO – Chocolates and Confectionery (Senior Management Personnel), has been nominated to succeed him as BEO – Nutrition and Dairy (Senior Management Personnel).
2. Ms. Mansi Khanna, currently Chief Operating Officer of Dr. Reddy's and Nestlé Health Science Limited (a joint venture entity), has been nominated to join the Company as BEO – Chocolates and Confectionery (Senior Management Personnel), succeeding Mr. Gopichandar Jagatheesan.
Details in accordance with the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026 is given in Annexure - I to this letter.
