The Company has informed BSE and NSE that pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with sub-para 20 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, we hereby submit that the Company is in receipt of an Order passed by the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax Ghatak 21 (Ahmedabad), Office of Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, Unit 21, 4th Floor, Bachat Bhavan, Relief Road, Ahmedabad- 380001.
