Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that Ms. Pallavi Anand, currently Category Marketing Manager – Baby Foods, has been nominated to succeed Mr. Kumar Gaurav Kwatra as Business Executive Officer - PetCare Business (Senior Management Personnel) effective from 1st January 2024, subject to approvals. Mr. Kwatra will be taking up a new assignment within Nestlé group.
