The Company has informed BSE and NSE that Mr. Mandeep Chhatwal, has been nominated to be appointed as non-executive director of the Company effective from 1st January 2026, subject to approvals.
The above proposal shall be placed before the Board of Directors at the ensuing meeting for consideration, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
