Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Clarification/ confirmation on the news item appearing in “https://www.moneycontrol.com” dated 18th September 2026
The Company has informed BSE and NSE that with reference to the query dated 18th September 2026 received from the stock exchanges, regarding clarification/ confirmation sought on the recent news appeared in https://www.moneycontrol.com on 18th September 2026. In this regard, we confirm that the aforesaid news item is factually incorrect, and wish to submit the following clarification issued to media on the aforesaid news item:
“Our products are fully compliant with all the applicable regulations. The said products (i.e., NAN EXCELLA PRO & LACTOGEN PRO) and their labels were approved by the expert committee of FSSAI. In response to the notice, we have again submitted our detailed response to the authorities regarding statements appearing on the label, which are factual in nature, and supported by scientific literature.
We confirm to adherence of all regulations including all norms and label declarations as per applicable laws. We will continue to work closely and support FSSAI in its efforts towards consumer awareness.”
