Further to its letter no. PKR:SG:JK: 91:2025-26 dated 10th December 2025, the Company has informed NSE and BSE that Mr. Edouard Mac Nab, currently Head of Finance & Control, Nestlé Canada, has been nominated to succeed Ms. Svetlana Boldina (DIN: 10044338) as Whole-time Director (Key Managerial Personnel), to be designated as “Executive Director – Finance & Control and Chief Financial Officer” of the Company, effective from 1st March 2026, subject to approvals. This proposal will be placed before the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors at their upcoming meetings, after a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
