Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ending on 30th September, 2015 on 29th October, 2015 and closure of Trading Window
The Company has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30th September, 2015 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on 29th October, 2015.
In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2015 to 31st October, 2015 (both days inclusive).
