The Company has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended on 30^th June, 2016 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on 29^th July, 2016.
The Company has also informed BSE that the "Close Period" shall be from 1^st July, 2016 to 31^st July, 2016 (both days inclusive).
