Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and half year ending 30th June, 2017 on 26th July, 2017 and Closure of Trading Window from 1st July, 2017 to 28th July, 2017 (both days inclusive).

The Company has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30^th June, 2017 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on 26^th July, 2017.
The Company has also informed BSE that the "Close Period" shall be from 1st July, 2017 to 28^th July, 2017 (both days inclusive).
