Unaudited Financial Results for third quarter and nine months ending on September 30, 2017 on November 10, 2017 and closure of Trading Window

The Company has informed BSE that the un-audited financial results of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ending on September 30, 2017 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on Friday, November 10, 2017.

In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2017 to November 12, 2017 (both days inclusive).
