The Company has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30^th June 2020 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on Tuesday, 28^th July 2020.

The Company has also informed BSE that the "Close Period" shall be from 1^st July 2020 to 30^th July 2020 (both days inclusive).
