Did Nestlé have contact with the consumer?

We had not been able to connect the consumer complaint reported in the media in June with the complaint made in April as the respective complaints were made by two different people. When we learned of this current complaint through media reports, we immediately reviewed our consumer services reports but did not find any record matching that of the gentleman who made the complaint. We later drew the conclusion through subsequent media reports that the complaint raised in April had been made by his wife. We had proactively contacted the consumer's wife on 19th April and a representative of our company visited her and asked her to provide the product for analysis, which she declined to do. We again contacted the consumer on 29th of May and once more asked her to provide the sample of the product to enable us to investigate her complaint. She has not at this time responded to this letter.
