Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”): Board of Directors of the Company to inter-alia consider declaration of second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any.
Further to our letter dated PKR:SG:JK: 100:24 dated 20th December 2024, intimating that the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting scheduled on Friday, 31st January 2025. At the said Meeting, the Board of Directors will also consider declaration of second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, if any.
Intimation of the Record Date of 7th February 2025 is enclosed with this letter. Second interim dividend for the Financial Year 2024-25, in case declared, shall be paid on and from 27th February 2025.
Further, as communicated vide our aforementioned letter, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January 2025 to 2nd February 2025 (both days inclusive).
