House Rules for Nestlé India

Be original: respect intellectual property rights. Do not infringe any patent, trademark, copyright or any other proprietary rights of anyone. Share video content, links, photographs, and text if you have rights to it. If you don’t own it or have permission, please don’t post it. You are responsible for the content you post on this Page.
Be mindful of people’s privacy: Don’t upload, modify, publish, store, update or share any private information that belongs to another adult or child.
Keep it clean: no indecent, misleading, false, fraudulent, impersonation or unlawful posts.
No personal attacks, please: Avoid posting any information inciting racial, ethnical, religious, national, gender or political opposition. Also, avoid any aggressive, defamatory, threatening posts or posts inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force.
Stay on topic: no spam, good luck/chain posts, materials encouraging money laundering or gambling, commercial/advertising/promotional posts, or solicitation of donations or repetitive postings. Also do not upload or attach files that contain viruses, are corrupt, or any other similar software or programs.
Sensitive Posts: Avoid posting any personal details (phone number, address, Bank account number, passwords etc.), or sensitive data or information of a workplace investigation, on -going litigation or legal matter etc.
Foreign Language content: In order to ensure posts legality and clarity, we may choose to remove the posts that are not in English and or any Indian Language, which is difficult to be understood.
Unsolicited ideas/ Post of any Idea- Any such submission and or idea from your end is entirely voluntary, non-confidential, gratuitous and non-committal. Nestlé has no obligation, either express or implied, to develop or use your idea and that no compensation is due to you or anyone else for any inadvertent or intentional use of that Idea, related Ideas or Ideas derived from your Idea.
No attack on the country: Do not post, upload or publish any information that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of the country.
Stay digitally safe : Do not upload or disseminate any file, program, code or information that contains virus, malaware, etc that is designed to interrupt, limit functionality or destroy any computer resource.
