Unaudited Financial Results for quarter ending on 30th September, 2015 on 29th October, 2015 and closure of Trading Window

29^th September, 2015: This is to inform that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 30^th September, 2015 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on Thursday, 29^th October, 2015.

In view of the above, the Trading Window in respect of the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1^st October, 2015 to 31st October, 2015 (both days inclusive).
