Martial Rolland appointed as Chairman & MD of Nestlé India

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Carlo Donati, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company shall be leaving the Company to take up a new assignment within Nestlé Group.

Further Mr. Martial Rolland shall takeover as the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, subject to necessary approvals.

The above changes are scheduled to be effective during December 2004.
