Nestlé Board to consider declaration of Second Interim Dividend

Nestlé India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2005, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended December 31, 2004 and the recommendation of dividend for the year ended December 31, 2004, if any.
