Postal Ballot Notice dated 14th May, 2019

The Company has intimated BSE that the Company has commenced the dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice, Postal Ballot Form along with self-addressed pre-paid business reply envelop to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members / List of Beneficial Owner as on the cut-off date of 24th May, 2019. For those eligible Members whose email addresses are registered with their Depository Participant / Company, the Postal Ballot Notice are being sent to their email address in electronic form.

Member(s) may cast their vote either through Postal Ballot Form or through electronic voting on e-voting portal of National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
