Unaudited Financial Results for quarter and half year ending 30th June, 2019 on 2nd August, 2019 and Closure of Trading Window from 1st July, 2019 to 4th August, 2019 (both days inclusive).

The Company has informed BSE that the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending 30^th June, 2019 shall be considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting proposed to be held on 2^nd August, 2019.

The Company has also informed BSE that the "Close Period" shall be from 1^st July, 2019 to 4^th August, 2019 (both days inclusive).
